| Pickle of ' CHALTA ' |
In Bangladesh there is one sower fruit in this season. In Bangla it's name is "CHALTA". Some times it is very sower and some times it is sweet and sower. But it is testy fruit. Also it is helpful for health. When people get cold they have it for reduce some cold. So it is like a herbal medicine also. You can make pickle also with this fruit. For preparing the pickle first you will have to slice it and put it it in the sun for one day. Arrange some snugger and spices like dry chilly, mustered, "PACH PHORON" and onion, garlic. Add the sugar with "CHALTA". Put the '"CHALTA" in deep hot oil, hit it some times and then add the garlic again hit it more sometimes then add onion again hit it some times then one after one add all spices. Please take only half an our on the hit to add all of spices. Then make it cool and put it it in a glass jar and put some days in the sun and then enjoy it.
